This decorative dark wooden faux candleholder was originally purchased in 1968.
It has a stiff black rope handle, candle, and faux wick.
It has a Mediterranean feel to it.
There is a separation in the wood below the candle, which gives it that Old World charm.
It would look nice on a bookshelf or end table.
