This never-used rubber sabertooth cat (they no longer call them sabertoothed tigers) is a picture frame and a magnet.
The picture is inserted in the mouth.
It's in black, red-orange, white, sandy-tan, and yellow.
It's from the Page Museum at the La Brea Tar Pits.
