This vintage handcrafted and handpainted oval platter was made and purchased in Puerto Vallarta in 1970.
It has a light and dark blue trim.
In the center is a floral design with birds in yellow, browns, green, black, and blues with PTO. (Puerto) Vallarta in black letters.
It has a dark bone background.
It's signed on the back CAT MEXICO.
There is a small chip on the upper right side.
You can use it mainly as a display piece.
